Explorer Graphics By:
Kafka Custom Graphics and Pinstriping

Explorer in front of Double Crater
Steve Kafka painted these "tribal markings" using a flame paint scheme. Steve specializes in custom paint jobs for any type of vehicle. I told Steve that I wanted to freshen up the appearance of my Explorer and that I liked flame jobs, but wanted something a little different. A couple days later I met with him and he showed me sketches of nine graphic designs. Steve showed me a standard flame job, flames that were more streamlined, and these tribal markings which immediately caught my eye.

Serious Exploration

Steve came up with the "Serious Exploration" moniker when he saw the "desert pinstriping"
and "rock rash".
